What collaboration looks like.
The studio runs a Friday cadence: one release every week, fifty-two times a year. Software, writing, and small utility apps live under the same roof, and the operator does all three.
If we open a role, expect it to be small-scoped, time-boxed, and written in plain English. We do not run multi-round interview gauntlets or take-home tests longer than a single afternoon.
